New SpoT in Genting Highland...

as quite a number of u know, my parents actually love genting so much that i would usually visit the high land more than 3 times in a year... err, actually i only visit the middle-high-land... ><

this is the living room of the apartment... it's connected to one of the bedroom... can see the bed behind??

and this is the view of the dining area n kitchen from the living room... feeling warm?? despite of the cold weather outside...

then we zoom into the kitchen... we actually planned to have steamboat there and brought all the ingredients.... but we did leave behind something that ruined the whole plan... the electric cooker... so we need to use the pot provided... and make soup with fish balls, meat balls and sotong balls... ><

we also have fridge in the house!!!

this is the balcony... which is abandoned.. coz the view's not nice and the weather just doesn't make someone feel comfortable sitting there....

next, u must not miss this if u get to stay here...
this is a jacuzzi!!! an indoor jacuzzi!!! ^6^

must try!!!

but dun get too sexy coz the outside world can see u!!! ^^

wanna peep at someone??? >.<

then during one of my visit to awana, i've found a new spot to look-see in gohtong jaya... it's a strawberry farm...

it was quite new when i went there... and there were only a few tourists..

there's a strawberry water fountain near the entrance welcoming u... ><
the strawberry farm was not that attractive anyway... compared to those strawberries u can see in cameron highland.. but u can sure pluck your own strawberries and pay for it larr... if u dun enjoy plucking, u can buy those in packets ones... but i feel it's a bit expensive(compared to cameron) ^^ they plant quite a varieties of flower in the park as well... u can see hibiscus as big as my palm...

beautiful roses as well...

the most eye catching part of the whole farm is the mushroom house... they actually grow mushroom in genting highland!!! wow!!! new try... and good try...

besides juz planting the mushrooms, they put up boards to introduce the different types of mushroom to u and include the nutrient values of the mushrooms... ><

colourful mushrooms??? poisonous mushrooms??

they also grow ling-zhi there... o.O

so the next time before u reach the peak of the highland to gamble, do stop by to have a look ya!!! it's totally free!!! ^^

new???

haha... a belated welcome to the brand new yr of 2010.. hohoho..
new yr, new me n new blog??
haha...
new mood to blog...

let me blog about something that i wanted to blog last yr but din get a chance to...
hope it's not too late..

my 2009 was superb busy...
around mid of 2009, i attended my internship in OCBC Bank.. it was a brand new experience for me... although it was only a 2-month programme, i managed to learn quite lots of things..
well, wanna know wat i used to do in the office??

i eat in the office everyday.. ^^ haha.. no lar, it was a jamuan lar... (surprising right?? a miserable jamuan at around 5pm in the evening, just for the sake of jamuan..)

this was my desk... haha.. messy..

this is wat have i done.. letters.. ><>

wow!! my BOSS!!! haha... jk.. he's also an intern in the bank lar.. he comes from UM.. studying degree in economics... he sat just next to me... we were given the same tasks everyday, attend the same seminars or trainings or briefings together everyday.... ><>

the office is an open concept office which means that the big bosses don't get their personal room, instead, they desks are just around the corner and ppl can always peep at wat they are doing..

a dustbin.. ><><
no lar, it actually a bin that we dispose of the useless documents.. because that a bank deals with lots of documents that content customers' private and confidential information and personal details, we can't just simply dispose off the papers in normal dustbin... so the bank outsource from RECALL for this bin.. RECALL will come to the bank to collect the contents of the bins in a fixed period n dispose off the papers in a proper way so that no informations will drop into the bad guys' hand... =D

one astonishing finding in my office was, an underground basement...

this is it!! the underground store was so big n full with boxes of files.. u will definitely get lost if were to walk around without guidance... i couldn't remember how many thousands of boxes were there.. but definitely more than u can imagine..

ok, this is the conveyor belt that transports the boxes from the basement to the office floor to ease the transportation... hmm... o.O

i actually enjoyed the whole internship programme in the bank despite the part that i had too little things to do until i actually fell asleep in the office quite often...

and forgotten which miserable day it was, i twisted my ankle..

it was really swollen... not fat ya... n i need to wear flats to work... and it was really painful for those few days... but not as bad as my roommate when she twisted her ankle during her internship which was after i started my new sem.. after she twisted her ankle, she went to consult doctor and wrap her ankle up with bandage and walked with tongkat for about 2 weeks i guess...

during the durian season, my aunt bought home some durian for the whole family... the durian will never be enough for a durian lover like me... but maybe it will always be too much after i experience this..

that worm was really huge and crawly... eeeuu!!

for my 22nd birthday, i've got a very cute present from my crazy roommate...

can u c wat is it?? haha.. it's actually a 3D rabbit sticker.. ><>

then last yr i went to cheras lookout point for the very 1st time.. for the very kampung KL girl... if u haven't been there and u feel u wanna get to the tip top for the hill, pls be readied that u will need to climb some stairs and slope and it will A LITTLE BIT tiring. @.@ or i was too lousy to climb the hill.. ><>

(sorry for my lousy HP camera for not shooting a very good resolution) it was really nice, but my sweaty smell body spoilt the view.. if u ask me, will i go there again?? haha.. i think not.. coz there is another place where u can actually watch the whole night view of KL as well as this lookout point n yet do not have to climb this hard... it's also in cheras area... but i dunno wat's that place called...

in conjunction with the tenji japanese buffet restaurant's promotion for their supper n lunch, i went there for a supper... it's like almost half of the usual price.. so, why not?? the restaurant was very nice... i was too busy eating until i din really take any picture... there are quite a variety of food there... but seriously, it was not that deliciously after all... the most unforgettable 'dish' that night was the haagen daaz ice cream... yumm... deeply in love with it...

and last year i've got a baby cousin sis delivered to this world... i couldn't remember when was her exact birthday.. but she's juz simply... too cute...

see? she's smiling... =)

arr... isn't she cute???

then there was one night in my hostel that i saw some creepy disgusting things...

i saw this when i was on my way walking down the stairs n going out for dinner...

this was taken when i was back from dinner and walking up the staircase to head to my room...
err, i can't really figure out wat was it... but most probably it's a rat i guess.. coz it's hairy, and black in colour, and has a long skinny tail... yucks... i guess the culprit was definitely the cats... i wonder which geli cat will do this kind of thing... to tear the rat into 2 parts... until i can c the bones and flesh.. eee~~~

then i back to my room, again i saw weird stuffs...

can u c?? mosquitoes died on my bed.. >.<>

have u heard of the restaurant FULL HOUSE?? i went to that restaurant in late september to try it out as i've seen many photos taken by my frens in that restaurant... it was a beautiful restaurant... i bet u wanna go there on ur own to witness their deco...

i was told by one of my fren that it was a restaurant that named after a korean drama "full house".. and the design of the restaurant was actually based on the drama as well... the whole building was in total white.. besides providing food, they sell some accessories as well... they design the restaurant as if it's a house... there was changing room, bathtub, wardrobe, mirror and make up table...

then during that visit to that restaurant, there was a girl that dressed up like an anime character... she changed her dress there and make up... walked here and there... we actually thought she was changing into a santa claus uniform and entertain customers but not.. after she finished changing, she took photos around the restaurant...

and these 2 guys looking at them as if there's some superstar performing...

the very first FULL HOUSE is in PJ, damansara ara, ngau che shui... but now there are 2 more outlets.. one is in sunway pyramid, the other one is at jalan yap kwan seng... all 3 of the outlets have the same theme and their designs are most of it the same... dun forget to order their mushroom soup if u get to dine in there... it's very mushroomiee...

then there was another very disgusting thing again founded in my hostel block...

it's a bit obvious that it's a rat.... again... yucks!!!

that's it for now... there will be part II for this.... ^^ night..
